The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Account Manager to serve as the face of BSK HVAC for our international distributors, partners, and key clients in the different markets. In this role, you will not just be selling equipment; you will be driving the adoption of energy efficiency and superior indoor air quality solutions. Your primary focus will be nurturing existing international accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring seamless cross-border business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated, primary point of contact for international distributors, HVAC contractors, and enterprise clients within your assigned territory.
- Account Growth: Drive export sales by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities for our core products (like the Zephyr and Notus series) within existing accounts.
- Cross-Border Logistics: Coordinate closely with our internal supply chain, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth international deliveries, accurate forecasting, and compliance with local import/export regulations.
- Performance Tracking: Conduct regular business reviews with regional partners to track mutual goals, resolve challenges, and optimize market penetration.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor regional HVAC market dynamics, energy efficiency standards, and competitor activities to help shape our global sales strategy.
- Brand Representation: Represent BSK HVAC at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client site visits to strengthen brand presence and trust.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of successful B2B account management or export sales experience, ideally within the HVAC, engineering, or technical manufacturing industries.
- Trade Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, customs processes, and cross-border supply chain basics.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to adapt to diverse international business cultures.
- Language: Professional fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to your assigned region is a strong advantage.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and clearly explain technical product specifications and energy efficiency metrics.
