Role Summary


  • As a Junior Export Sales Representative, you will handle the entire lifecycle of our international B2B relationships. You will be responsible for researching new markets, qualifying incoming leads, managing relationships with established global accounts, and learning how to close international deals. You don't need a background in HVAC or sales; you just need a sharp mind, strong communication skills, and a hunger to learn.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Lead Generation 

  • Identify potential B2B buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and mechanical contractors in target international markets using online tools and trade directories.
  • Conduct initial cold outreach via email and phone to introduce BSK HVAC's product range.
  • Qualify inbound international inquiries to ensure they meet our ideal buyer profile.

2. International Account Management 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for smaller, established international distributors and clients.
  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships through regular check-ins via email and video calls.
  • Process repeat orders and ensure existing client needs are met efficiently.

3. Sales Presentation & Closing 

  • Learn to conduct product demonstrations and pitch our HVAC solutions to prospective global buyers via digital channels.
  • Guide prospects through standard sales objections using our internal company playbooks.
  • Issue proforma invoices, coordinate pricing quotes, and follow up systematically to close deals.

4. Export Administration & Logistics 

  • Keep the company CRM meticulously updated with lead data, communications, and sales pipeline statuses.
  • Assist in preparing basic export documentation.
  • Coordinate with our logistics department to ensure smooth shipments.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and digital communication tools.
