Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering preferred),
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing/production management, ideally within the HVAC, household appliances, or electromechanical assembly industries,
- Strong expertise in sheet metal fabrication, punching/bending machinery, and assembly line operations,
- Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement,
- Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing both blue-collar and white-collar teams on the factory floor,
- Proficiency in ERP / MRP systems,
- Solid background in production planning, capacity management, budgeting, and data-driven reporting,
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically under tight deadlines,
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Our Product
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the execution of weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules for our HVAC product lines in line with company targets,
- Drive operational efficiency by conducting line balancing, capacity planning, and continuous process optimization across the fabrication and assembly lines,
- Implement strategies to minimize manufacturing costs, reduce material waste, and optimize resource utilization,
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on the floor to maintain our "zero-accident" target,
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all products comply with industry standards (such as CE, ISO, Eurovent, etc.),
- Manage performance, identify training needs, and foster a culture of growth and accountability among the production staff,
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to minimize machine downtime through effective preventive maintenance planning,
- Track, analyze, and report key production KPIs (OEE, scrap rates, unit costs, etc.) to senior management.
