Marketing Lead

BSK HVAC is looking for a Marketing Lead to take ownership of our global brand and lead generation. We are not just selling equipment; we are selling energy efficiency and indoor air quality solutions (like our Zephyr and Notus series).

In this role, you will bridge the gap between our R&D/Engineering team and the market. You will be responsible for translating our technical advantages into compelling marketing materials, managing our digital presence, and driving leads for our sales team and distributor network.

 

What You Will Do 

1. Product Marketing & Sales Enablement 

  • Become an expert on BSK’s product catalog (Heat Recovery Units, Air Handling Units, etc.).
  • Create high-quality sales assets: technical brochures, case studies, and product launch videos that explain why our tech is superior (e.g., IoT capabilities, high thermal efficiency).
  • Work with the Sales Engineers to ensure they have the materials needed to close commercial projects and B2B deals.

2. Digital Strategy & Lead Generation 

  • Manage the BSK website (CMS), ensuring product pages are up-to-date and SEO-optimized for keywords like "Heat Recovery Ventilation" in target markets (EU/UK/TR).
  • Run targeted LinkedIn campaigns to connect with HVAC consultants, mechanical engineers, and distributors.
  • Manage email marketing newsletters to keep our distributor network informed of new upgrades and features.

3. Brand & Events 

  • Organize BSK’s presence at key industry trade shows (e.g., ISK-SODEX, Mostra Convegno, AHR Expo).
  • Manage social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram) to showcase our factory capabilities, certifications (Eurovent), and company culture.
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies in the ventilation market.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in HVAC, Manufacturing, Construction, or Engineering sectors).
  • Fluent English & Turkish (Written and Spoken) – You will be managing content for international markets.
  • Content Skills: Ability to write clear, professional copy for a technical audience.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), Email marketing, and basic design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience launching a physical product to a new market.
  • Knowledge of export marketing or working with distributor networks.
  • Engineering background or ability to understand technical schematics.
