We are seeking a skilled Odoo ERP Developer to design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Odoo framework, and PostgreSQL, along with experience in customizing and extending Odoo functionalities to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (v17/v18) based on business needs.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications
- Optimize Odoo performance, including PostgreSQL database tuning.
- Debug and fix issues in existing Odoo implementations.
- Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop QWeb reports, Kanban views, automated workflows, and REST/XML-RPC APIs.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, version control (Git), and documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Odoo development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Odoo ORM, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, and front-end customization (Odoo JS framework).

- Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu server environments.
